"PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Neighborhood is not safe and the property's renovations need to be completed from a safety and privacy perspective. I did not feel comfortable staying there. So much so upon check-in I decided to leave and found other accommodations elsewhere. Had I known the issues prior, I would never have booked the property. "The host was extremely helpful, answering all questions promptly as well as providing detailed information about the area (restaurants, must sees, activities, shopping, etc). The unit was easily accessible with parking. I appreciated having the washer and dryer, multiple tissue boxes, brand new towels, and selection of coffee & tea. I enjoyed the weekend with my son and cooking and baking for him here. Thank you!! I also liked the heater units in the bedrooms & bathroom. Fun weekend and...

"Spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our stay. Some interior details felt a bit awkward and dated, but overall it worked well for our family group of 16. We loved the long dining table. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Nice outdoor space for games. We weren't real keen on the downstairs king bedroom/powder room, and the pool table and ping-pong table didn’t get a lot of use being in the basement and right outside the bedroom. "The unit itself is very nice and has many modern touches. We loved the gaming setup and enjoyed all the modern touches. The kitchen and bathroom are really well done and made our stay enjoyable. The surrounding area/neighbors are not the best. The parking is in an adjacent medical center lot and you have to walk by neighbors who threw things at us and generally spent the entire time outside. This is also along a main road and the building shakes often from the trucks driving by,."

"This wonderful restored brownstone is beautifully decorated and in a great location. It’s a short walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and the Farmer’s Market. It’s also walkable to the RPI campus. The owners were very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. I will definitely stay here again. "
