“This house should not be listed for rent. It needs a complete overhaul, is very poorly maintained and grungy. I arrived to garbage overflowing from the outside garbage cans onto the ground. The first night I could not breathe in the house due to dampness, mildrew and dog hair throughout the bedroom. When I went to open the windows, there were no screens. I could not leave the windows open due to bugs. The kitchen windows cannot be opened because there are no cranks on the window that work (or……

“The cabin was beautiful, lots of natural light. There was a snow storm the day we arrived and they had come and plowed the large drive the next night so we didnt need to shovel much. Everything was very clean and the host was very helpful and responsive! Would definitely stay again!”

“I will say that overall this was a fantastic place to stay. The only negative is the property photos are a little confusing as it looks like the river is closer than it really is. The front and back porches were the places to hang out. The younger adults loved the massage chair. Hot water is plentiful for showers. Fun fact: the intersection nearby is crazy. Many close calls between cars. Seriously though it was everything that our family needed for this vacation. ”

“THE WHOLE TRUTH: Me and 5 of my friends went on a ski trip to gore mountain. I’ve stayed in the area quite a few times but this house for the price was definitely much better than average around here. We didn’t go out to eat so we actually cooked for all 6 of us twice a day, the kitchen was well stocked enough for us to be able to do all of that which i found better than most rental properties (had a working nice grill too. . huge plus). “A very pretty, spacious and cozy house! The yard is large, which was nice for walking our dog however the street itself was busy with very little shoulder. Several very pretty parks are just a short drive away. The property is close enough to enjoy Lake George and far enough away to escape it as well.”

“Very confortable, plenty of outside space to enjoy the outdoors. Rustic and enjoyable, had a fun pool table room. It had two refrigerators which was very handy. We would definitely plan to come back to this place.”

“This property is not the best. The photo you have on your sight is far from reality. It looks like a huge yard in the back of the house and a river, it has a yard alright but its in front not more then ten feet crom the road, the kids 5 i had 3 of them could not go out to play because it was so lose to the road.
