Perfect Spot in The Smokies!

This property was fantastic! The condo was even decorated for Christmas! We definitely recommend staying here and will book again when we visit Townsend.

Nice restful place to stay.

Nice stop on our road trip through the Smoky Mountains! The home is very clean and has everything you need. Coffee was not provided as it is in most places, so bring it with you. Beds were comfortable and the location was nice. Would recommend this home to anyone traveling through the area!

Great for adult guests

I have many good things to say about the property. My son and I were in town for two nights attending one of the Jeep related activities in Townsend. The condo is fresh and feels new even though it is about 5 years old. The furnishings look great and are comfortable. The condo is very spacious and is generally well equipped. While we didn't use it, there is a nice covered patio facing the tree line behind the building. Granted we are staying in the off season, the complex was extremely quiet in the evening. Not intending this as a negative but rather an observation. I don't know if this would be the greatest place for a young family. There weren't any kid-friendly toys or games and I don't recall seeing a play area for kids. There is very little traffic so the area would probably be good for bike riding. If you have young kids, remember to bring toys to keep them entertained. I like that the community is located on the Townsend trail for adult walks or riding. All in all, a great stay for me and my son.

very clean

The rental was very clean everything was supplied that was in the description. My friends were very happy that a box fan was available (they need the noise to sleep). A Very nice touch was the tasteful Christmas decorations not a in the face overload. The community was quiet and well kept. I definitely would suggest it to my friends and will stay again when I'm in the area. The owners responded immediately ot text.
