"Going through construction, first 2 days no hot water. Pool was freezing and ants all over pool deck. They were crawling all over the chairs. Desk help was always outside smoking cigarettes. Smelled like a giant ashtray. No daily service, so constantly asking for towels and toilet paper. Great Location"
"Needs TLC. Front desk didn't give us the breakfast vouchers - we had to go back and ask for them. Breakfast buffet doesn't have the best choices. Roach on ceiling one morning. Rust on the bathtub. Need comfort height toilets in bathrooms. Ladies who cleaned the rooms were fantastic!!!! Only a few hangers in the closet. Beds are comfortable and pillow choices are great. Easy access to beach. Pool with hot tub is nice. Lots of easy walking paths. Rooms are large and very spacious."

"The staff was helpful. I wasn't able to check in until after 5. The room was okay. The shower had mold in it. The check in was horrible. Didn't complain about it because it took so long to check in."
"Lovely property with great marsh views. The room was spacious and the bathroom adequate. Our room had some sort of plank floors which quite frankly were filthy. We had to wipe our feet off with damp washcloths several times or wear socks the whole time. We tried to have brunch on Sunday and were told they weren't open yet. It was 10:22, and brunch started at 10:30!"
