「Best place I’ve stayed at Hanoi. I’m surprised that it wasn’t more for the location and the fact you staying in a one bedroom apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations」

「Very cozy room, nicely designed, bright and clean, all hardware is in good condition, comfy bed, good breakfast on rooftop with open balcony, good location, near Hang Ma street, close to the main road going to the airport direction, will come back 」

「The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus that you can order extra items off the menu beyond the buffet. However, the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unstable, and the shampoo and shower gel portions were way too small for two people. And the slippers provided were reusable rather than disposable, which felt a bit unhygienic. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but fixing these small details would make it much...

「This was my second stay. The room’s décor and amenities were classic, and the space was clean and quiet. Once settled in, I didn't even want to leave. The staff were warm and proactive, and the location was excellent.」

「The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The common area is somewhat uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the common room while you are inside your unit, and also, everyone can hear everything from your unit while in the common area. So, there isn’t much privacy here.」

「Amazing stay. The apartments are better than in the pictures; really clean and modern looking. Loved how comfortable our stay was and the location was great as well. We were a large group and rented 3 apartments, neither disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again. It’s a gem.」

「Room is clean and good. Staff is nice. Everything is fine apart from the location. A little far from the old quarter. But in general it is great.」

「Staff was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Paolo, Jacky, and Edward. Appreciated the location for being a little quieter, but close enough to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot, or a quick grab. Nice room.」

「The staff provided friendly service, but the facilities haven't improved, and the room amenities offered no pleasant surprises.」

「The staff was extremely accommodating and made our stay feel amazing! Highly recommended for anything coming to Hanoi, the complimentary breakfast was always great as well」

「Good location near Tay Ho. Clean room, well serviced with friendly staff. 」

「great services and good breakfast. close to city centre, at walking distance there are restaurants, convenience stores. only the bed is a bit soft, but room is big and comfy, hot water available. as a ~50usd per night experience, def worth the price.」
