“I really enjoyed my stay at Hanoian Central Hotel because of the excellent service provided. I would like to specially commend Elsa for her wonderful customer service and helpfulness. While waiting for our room she went through the neighborhood map and pointed out the sites to see within walking distance. She booked for us a beautiful day trip Ha Long Bay. She also prepared hats for day tour, will ask you whether you need umbrella on raining day and will also recommend a lot of local foods to……

“It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.”

“我住四晚，房內無電話，隔天打手機給櫃檯說要整理房間，櫃檯說退房才會整理，也就是說住四晚，我必須自己去跟櫃檯拿毛巾和牙刷，垃圾要自己清理，且其中兩天沒熱水，熱水修理一天才處理好，我好後悔一次刷卡付款四晚，要退房無法退款，住一晚就該換訂其他飯店。唯一不錯的地方是，櫃檯半夜有幫忙叫車到機場。”
