「This hotel is located in a relatively peaceful area that is away from the fuss and bust of the old quarters. Spacious and modern rooms. The staff also went an extra step of preparing a breakfast box for us to go when we needed to head the airport at 6 early morning.」

「Such an amazing stay. Liam, Alice and Tony we're super kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to upgrage to the suite with the fish pond and this room made my stay extra special. Very close to everything going on in Hanoi whilst also remaining peacefull and quiet. Also had the oppertunity to book a day trip to Halong bay through the travel agent in the reception which was extreamly convienient and even when I miss the bus pick up (slight miscommunication) I was raced to the bus to get on...

「It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.」

「Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. We were given snacks and a drink, check in was quick and easy and we were given a room upgrade to an amazing suite. The hotel and room was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend. 」
