"I just stayed 5 nights at Roygent Parks and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel. The Highlights: The Room: I got a free upgrade (thank you!) and the room was spacious and homely. Most importantly, it was spotless—very organized with no funny smells or stray hairs. Location: Perfect for my work trip. There’s a great pizza place and a supermarket right behind the hotel. Breakfast: Tasty, though mostly Japanese cuisine. Western travelers might miss the classic bacon and hashbrowns. The Gym: Decent equipment. I loved the strict "indoor shoes only" policy (keeps it clean), though the dumbbells are a little old and rusty. One tiny suggestion: The greenish photos in the room are honestly a bit scary when staying alone! I actually had to take them down (sorry!)—a nice painting might be a warmer choice. 😂 Overall, an amazing place if you need a base in this area. I'll definitely be back"

"Clean nice room. Beautiful view of the city 2 floors from the top of the building! Located in a great spot with plenty of food, bank, laundry and shopping all within 3 minute walk or closer. Host was very helpful with any question or concerns i had. Would highly recommend! "

"Was not given the same apartment that was shown on the pictures. First when messaged the number, they denied having my booking also and had to go through hassle to get exact location also. There were mold on the curtains and one of the room was very small and barely walkable "
