「Exceptional 」

「At first I was upset because they put us in a room on the lower floor that didn’t have natural light. The room itself was also poor. It was smelly, the toilet was smelly, some pillows were smelly, and the shower area would flood when bathing. But then the receptionist help to change me to higher floor with sunlight and I’m happy. I’m lucky, you may not be. Amenities: Towel, toothbrush, slippers all provided. Shampoo and soap also dont lather well so my hair can still stink afterwards. And...

「The room has new furnishings but it is not clean. The walls are dirty and the calking around the bathroom sink is mouldy. The apartment is a comfortable size, but the balcony room we had isn’t outside. The balcony’s are enclosed and looking at all the other room in the tower. That was the most disappointing part. The area is quiet but the rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything going on around you. 」

「The unit is lovely—comfortable bed, deep tub, rain shower, smart tv, kitchenette, balcony. I stayed here for a good while (2.5 weeks) and I had a cold for about a week of that so I spent a lot of time in the room. It was very pleasant. The housekeeping is pretty inconsistent. Sometimes they’d take the bathroom garbage out but leave the kitchen garbage. Sometimes they’ll change towels regularly but other times, they would go like a week without doing that. But honestly it wasn’t a big deal....

「位置比較難找, 離鬧區要走路一小段, 晚上出行較不方便, 但房間無可挑剔, 床品是我在河內睡到最舒適的一間, 飯店走環保路線較少一次性備品, 對我不是問題, 非上班時間進出雖然沒有接待員, 但Host隨時在線上服務, 入住一切問題都能得到解決」
