「Loved our stay! The location is nice and central to old quarter, close to the lively downtown area but tucked away from all the noise. We ate at a bbq spot right outside the gated area and it was amazing. The host was amazing, extremely fast responses, very outgoing to make sure we were comfortable, and provided all the information we needed. Very accommodating. If I ever come back to Hanoi I will definitely be staying here again and I fully recommend this stay.」

「The apartment is great as it is well appointed and has plenty of room seems to be not long set up. Check in is a security person at the basement who stays on site. One we got a jug to boil water we were basically setup. We enjoyed our stay there.」

「Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable dans le quartier des 36 corporations, le plus agréable de Hanoï à notre avis !La chambre était à peu près conforme à ce que nous attendions. Contrairement à ce que laissait penser l’annonce, elle ne donnait pas sur la rue, et était du coup un peu moins jolie que sur l’annonce. Par contre elle avait l’avantage d’être très calme ! Notre logeuse, bien que ne parlant pas l’anglais, était très agreable, souriante et gentille. 」

「The house is close to everything, good location. However, i do not recommend to use their laundry service. They pay only 15k vnd/kg( about 1 usd) for the laundry mat but will ask you to pay 50k vnd ( 3 usd) .」

Messaged owner through WhatsApp number provided by Stayz and the owner replied to say they don't sell any rentals through Stayz and the property I told them about was taken off the market more than two years previously. Was NYE so had to book another hotel at a premium. Not impressed with Stayz at all, who I had to fight for a refund.」
