"The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel."

"We (2 adults l, 2 kids—6&8) stayed here for two nights with a night in the middle when we left for a cruise in Ha Long bay. The staff were incredible! As soon as we arrived, they grabbed bags from our car, then grabbed and stored them in between our stays. The breakfast was delicious and you could order off their menu for freshly made omelets and pho for free. We feel pretty lucky to ha w found this place for our family. It was comfortable and lovely."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again."

"The GM Premium hotel is located right in the middle of the Old Quarters, a bustling, dense area of Hanoi. As we made our way up the steps, three Bellmen quickly open the doors and grabbed our bags. They insisted we just sit down and take it easy. We were greeted by Tracey, a very professional and gracious host. She delivered some wonderfully refreshing drinks and snacks to have while she got us registered. Our room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and just what we needed. Tracey gave us her WhatsApp number so we could stay in touch with any needs or questions that might come up. This was very helpful. The included breakfast at the top of the hotel was wonderful, and the view was fantastic. All in all, if you’re looking for a great place to say in the Old Quarter, I highly recommend the GM Premium!"
