"Good location with many eating places near by, easy to walk to to main attractions from here or otherwise get the Grab. Friendly staff, Jasmine the reception person was helpful, room was comfortable and had good breakfast in the morning. "

"Staff are amazing and friendly very helpful. Location of the hotel is great within a 5 minutes walk from all the important destinations and some great food spots. WiFi is very temperamental so doing work was difficult. And the walls are quite thin so if someone is noisy you can hear it clearly "

"This hotel is somewhere I've stayed before. Usually sound & reliable. This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site. I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi. My task now is to get my money back from...
