The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was convenient and the staff was over the top wonderful. Helpful and forward thinking- they told us things before we even had time to ask- they are definitely prepared to assist backpackers and travelers alike. With the ability to store luggage, recommendations of what to see and do, even a train schedule for train street! They did a sweep of our room before we left to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, and offered us a place to freshen up when we came back to get our luggage before heading to the airport. Fabulous service- Lily and Susan are absolutely fantastic. The buffet breakfast had everything we could want and more. Definitely 5 stars. If we even return, this is the only place we’d stay!"
