"Very good hotel located right in the middle of Ha Noi, Old Town. Close proximity to everything, many restaurants close by; only 5 minutes walk to the lake. Excellent staff; everyone was so friendly and very helpful. Very good breakfast with freshly made to order food: pho, omelet, eggs... The beds were big and comfortable. Even though the hotel is located on a busy street with a school across the street, you could barely hear the noises when you are in the room. Good shower with strong pressure and hot water. Management were very helpful and they helped to book transportation for us to get to the airport. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel (after we checked out) and explored the town for a few hours before we went to the airport. "

"THE BEST HOTEL TO STAY outstanding staff, good breakfast (has all the nutrients elements of protein, vegetables, fruits and carbs !) Room super clean, big and all the amenities needed. Everything went amazingly well, clear and fast communication with the hotel staff. I had a fantastic stay and got an incredible help to organize my tour to cat Ba and Halong Bay I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again next time in Hanoi "

"We had a wonderful stay at Champton Hanoi Hotel — the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and local food spots, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh options. The rooftop pool and bar with city views was a great bonus after a day of exploring. Overall it felt like excellent value for the quality, service, and amenities — highly recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi!"
