The rooms we had were beautiful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped us arrange amazing transportation back to the airport. They arranged the cruise for us to ha long bay and while we were there kept our extra luggage we couldn’t bring with us. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. "

"20 min walk from hanoi train station. the staff are very kind and accomodating — they will help with tour booking, airport car service, etc. breakfast is included and was great! they will prepare 1 hot dish of your choice in addition to the buffet-style standard offerings. had a great stay! "
