「The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service」

「Best place I’ve stayed at Hanoi. I’m surprised that it wasn’t more for the location and the fact you staying in a one bedroom apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations」

「Very cozy room, nicely designed, bright and clean, all hardware is in good condition, comfy bed, good breakfast on rooftop with open balcony, good location, near Hang Ma street, close to the main road going to the airport direction, will come back 」

「Great value, good location, easy walk to the tourist spots in the town, decent food in the cafe and restaurant down at the lobby, friendly and helpful staff」

「Great location Very clean and comfortable Have both firm and soft pillows Amazing breakfast Staff are all very friendly and very helpful 」

「The team were very helpful in assisting us booking activities and giving suggestions on places to go. The hotel was lovely and good breakfast, definitely bang for buck. Also in walking distance from so many dining and shopping options, did not need to use a grab! Definitely would come back to visit Ms Lee in Hanoi next time, thank you guys for a beautiful stay!」

「We tried to tough it out but left this hotel half way through our reservation, literally paying NOT to be there anymore. The room was filthy with stains on the walls and on the bedding. The towels had holes worn through them. The incredibly uncomfortable bed was the deal breaker. The location is ok, in the heart of the Old Quarter, but in a world of 'silk street', ' flower street', 'lantern street', etc, this hotel is on 'door nob and bathbar street'.」
