"Staying here was a great choice. The area is currently under construction and a little far from the center. But the peace and friendliness of the neighborhood makes up for it. "The staff was extremely helpful. The room was decent size and clean. There is a hospital directly across the street was ambulances coming and going, but it wasn’t as noisy as you would expect. The windows are insulated well. My only complaint would be the lack of hot water in the shower. The water was lukewarm at best. So other than that, I would give it five stars."

"We had such a warm welcome by all the staff and they were very helpful in supporting us with our lost airport bags. Our flight was delayed by 24 hours so we missed one of our night's...they worked really hard calling expedia to get them to cancel our cancellation fee. They went above and beyond to help us. It is a short walk to the lake. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with Train Street, the night markets and Hoan Kiem Lake all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed and had a great view over the Old quarter. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and different options each day. The restaurant and rooftop bar staff were incredibly attentive, and the front desk team (Thomas, Sarah and team) went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble—we were truly spoilt. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay."

"This is our favorite hotel in Vietnam. We try to stay at the mid price point places and this really delivers value for the price. The staff is consistently great. We can see good hotel management at work The property is wonderfully decorated. Little details everywhere. A lot of choices including non-Buffett options We have stayed there three times and won’t go to Vietnam without staying there again"
