「Cutest hotel! Very comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. We checked in very late/ early morning (4am) and the staff was accommodating. Across from the hotel is a brunch spot with great food, lots of cafes and massages. Train street is in walking distance. Pharmacy is close if you need it. Circle K is also walking distance. I recommend this hotel.」

「clean and updated room. professional and friendly staff. breakfast is abundant. five star all the way.」

「one of the best hotel in hanoi, lovely staff and comfortable」

「This was my second stay. The room’s décor and amenities were classic, and the space was clean and quiet. Once settled in, I didn't even want to leave. The staff were warm and proactive, and the location was excellent.」

「Very cost effective and friendly staffs」
