Location of the hotel is excellent and receptionists can speak fluent English. The room size is a bit on the small side and the hotel struggled to locate the iron when I asked for it. Apart from that I had a wonderful stay in the heart of the old quarter and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were kind and helpful. I wouldn’t call this a true 5 star hotel though. Cleanliness could have been better and although it looks fairly modern, it seems like they have renovated just enough to try and cover up the surface issues. In reality, the property is pretty run down. Breakfast was also disappointing.
