“We booked 7 days at this hotel, but we only stay for six days at the end. The first day when we check in they told us our room's air conditioning had some problem and transfer us to the dragon pearl hotel which is just next door. Skylark hotel compensated us with a bigger room at the executive floor when we go back to their hotel on the second day. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful. General manager Mr Tam always around to make sure our stay is satisfy. It is a very good hotel overall, 15 mins……
