「Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

Top FeWo mit top Lage, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein überdachter Stellplatz in einer abgeschlossener Anlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Top.」

「Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us」

「Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt am Lago Maggiore. Auch wenn sich das Ferienappartement in einem Hochhaus befindet, tut das einem gemütlichen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Wir hatten eine bestens ausgestattete Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit einem sensationellen Ausblick auf den See. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt mit einem schönen Pool. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr sehr nett. Sie haben uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben, was man sich ansehen sollte...

「Wir haben die Zeit am Orta-See in Pella sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich (für vier Erwachsene etwas klein), die Terasse ist toll mit Blick auf den See, der Weg zum See wirklich kurz. Super, dass an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze sind! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.」

The room was very clean and instructions for check in and check out were very thorough. The staff is very quick to respond. The tub did have a leak after I tooka shower, but other than that, everything was great! The only thing that was tricky for checking in was trying to find the correct building/mailbox, but other than that, this was a great place to stay at! The host even...

「距離火車站實在太遠啦～我地拖住個行李箱,仲要行埋好多難地,差D驚個行李箱爛呀…起碼行咗差唔多大半個鐘先到,(已經無行錯路)去到準時無一點都無人係到幫您Check in, 但旅館小姐都好親切,仲會介紹附近食市和折扣,間房雖然都唔算大(包埋廚房)不過都算整齊!」

「Die Unterkunft von Roy und Daniela ist außergewöhnlich, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Maria T. war problemlos. Sie reagierte sehr zeitnah auf alle Anfragen und gab sehr gute Tipps und Empfehlungen. Alles in allem waren alle Familienmitglieder vollauf zufrieden!」
