Beachside 325 Waterfront Condo
Summary:
This third-floor beachfront condo sits on the pristine shores of East Grand Traverse Bay. Enjoy sweeping bay and beach views from the private patio. The open, light-filled layout creates a cozy ambiance, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 850 sq ft, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry, it offers comfort and convenience for a relaxing retreat.
The Space:
The bedroom boasts a plush king-sized bed, a separate shower, and the convenience of in-unit laundry. The living room creates a warm and inviting space with a gas fireplace, a large-screen TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a pull-out sofa that accommodates up to two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals, while the private deck showcases breathtaking water views, perfect for unwinding.
*** So you know - The Beachside Condos are located on a busy road. Earplugs and sound machines are provided.***
When you're ready to enjoy the outdoors, grab the provided beach towels and head to the 300-foot private sandy beach, complete with lounge chairs. Alternatively, take a dip in the newly renovated heated swimming pool or relax in the hot tub, both available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Rather pedal? Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown. Or, downtown is a short drive , where you'll find great restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries, shopping, movie theaters, live theater and all you could ask for from The Jewel of the North, Traverse City.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
