Wonderful new place with a view of the water

Clean, clean, clean a beautiful new place with all the luxuries of home. I enjoyed the place for 5 days and it has all you could want, from a small cozy place. I will stay there again!

Unfortunate outcome

We looked forward to our stay, especially given the dog friendly option. The location was great and within walking distance to downtown and local beaches. Unfortunately, on our first morning there was a thunderstorm. Water ended up coming into the living room through the wall under the sliding door. Enough water came through to go under the couch and soak into the area rug and carpet pad. After contacting the reservation center, we waited for over an hour for an update on maintenance support which was never received before we decided to clean the floor and roll up the carpet to avoid damage to the floor. In sharing our experience with the company, we were told there was nothing they could do to provide any compensation for the time spent cleaning as we 'called off' maintenance after the long delay. In our many experiences with hosts, this is the first time we've been disappointed. If you choose this booking, I'd check the forecast for the possibility of rain.

I was charged 1800 for two taxes which were either erroneously or deliberately placed even though my stay was over 30 days. Stays over 30 days at that place anre not an eligible for taxation. I stayed 59 days. This money must be refunded by either you at VRBO or the management.Everything else was good.

Beautiful place! Loved the welcoming gift perfect little stop next to the dog park and not too far from our family’s house. Host was so friendly and there for all our needs
