First Class Suite on East Grand Traverse Bay

Summary:

Offering gorgeous views of East Grand Traverse Bay; this fully furnished 2-bedroom 2 bathrooms suite has a dining room area, spacious fully equipped kitchen opening up to the living room with bay views and to the balcony.



Master suite includes King size bed and an ensuite full bathroom.  Second bedroom is furnished nicely with a king size bed and dresser.  Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, as is the living room. We must mention that both bedrooms have amazing views of the bay.



The Space:

This suite is located at Peninsula Bay Resort with 330 feet of beach frontage on East Grand Traverse Bay. As guests, you have access to a heated outdoor pool and hot tub from around Memorial Day Weekend until around Labor Day Weekend with an outdoor grill area; weather permitting.



Guest Access:

A set of keys will be made available to the Guest at time of check in.   You will receive an e-mail and/or a text 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival with additional instructions. There is an elevator and a set of stairs on each side of the building.



The Neighborhood:

Peninsula Bay Resort is nearby gas stations, grocery stores, coffee shop, bike rental and shop, restaurants, walking/bike trail and much more.



Getting Around:

Peninsula Bay Resort has a large parking lot. There additional parking; across the street and behind Speedway.



Other Things to Note:

Schmidt-Rogers Management offers a 24/7 emergency service line for any emergencies that occur during non-business hours.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed.

This is a condo/hotel; you'll have access to your own suite.
