Welcome to “The Marina'' a modern and newly remodeled 3BR townhome located in the heart of Traverse City. With an open kitchen, dining, and living area along with the beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and garage parking this 1400 sq. ft. of living space is perfect for families and larger groups looking to stay close to all the attractions of TC, including Mission Peninsula wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, shopping, and more. We can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.

Quiet hours are observed after 10pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
This Traverse City home boasts three upstairs bedrooms to come home to after exploring the area. The master bedroom is equipped with a King-sized bed and a large private ensuite bathroom. If you are traveling with a young one, you’ll find a Pack-n-Play crib and a highchair in the closet. The second bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, while the third is outfitted with two twin beds.

Three bedrooms, a Pack and Play crib, and one queen pull-out sofa mean this home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and an infant, a rare commodity in the middle of Traverse City!

Note that all three bedrooms are located on the third floor, the queen pull-out sofa is located on the second floor.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The townhome has two full bathrooms on the third floor and a half bath on the second floor, so there is never a need to worry about scrambling for space or shower time. The large ensuite master bathroom features dual vanity sinks, an extensive vanity countertop and a large walk-in shower. The second full bathroom is located on the third floor off of the hallway and is equipped with a shower/tub combo. The half bath is located on the second floor just off the kitchen.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆
This fully equipped kitchen is a dream and has everything you or the chef in your group could need to cook up tasty meals, including new stainless-steel appliances, a blender, and a separate coffee and tea station with an assortment of coffee, tea and condiments available for your morning rituals. We also provide and assortment of children’s dinnerware including bowls, utensils, and a high chair for young families.

The kitchen island is great for laying out appetizers or mixing up tasty cocktails. There is seating for two here and an additional dining area for larger gatherings. The open concept makes it perfect for hosting!

☆☆ LIVING ROOM ☆☆
Just across from the kitchen and dining room is the cozy living room with plush furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen Smart TV equipped with HULU and Disney+. You may log into your apps during your stay as well so you don’t miss any of your favorites while away. If you are looking for some family fun or group activities, check out our board game collection. There are also some children’s toys and books available for your younger explorer.
Head out to the patio through the sliding glass doors off of the living room after making your book selection, slip into the outdoor chairs and enjoy your morning coffee in the cool breezes, it is a great treat!

The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa and amenities for your fur friends!

There is space for 1 vehicle in the attached garage, you will find the remote on the counter in the kitchen. There is an additional marked parking space in the parking lot across from the unit. Lost garage remotes are subject to replacement fee.

Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service.

We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.

Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $500 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

We aspire to help our guests create wonderful memories in our cozy home. That is why we spelled out these house rules for an optimal experience for both of us. We truly appreciate your effort and cooperation!

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties. 

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: 
Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house. 

Visitors & Noise:
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m.  Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors.  NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pet fees are $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks.

Housekeeping:  Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. 

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.

ATTENTION: Missing garage door opener will result in a $200 replacement fee.

Pets:
We have the following rules for our guests with pets or Assistance Animals. This ensures that both your stay, and that of our guests after you, will be enjoyable and relaxing. Our pet fee is $200 for up to two dogs. Maximum occupancy is set at 2 dogs under 50 pounds each. If you have any questions, please ask us! The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or pets or a service animal.

•Your animal should not be left unattended at any time. Should that become necessary, you must have and use a crate for your animal at all times while you are gone and provide them with sufficient food and water. Please use the labeled pet towels/sofa/bed covers/sheets for your pets cleaning needs and separate them from the towels/sheets provided for guest use.

•You are responsible at all times for your animal's behavior. While we reasonably expect that your pets or specialty animal are well-trained, should any damage occur, you are responsible for the cost of any cleaning, repairs, or replacements.

•Your animal should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner

Amazing place
We stayed here with our 2 college kids and it was an exceptional experience. It was the best vrbo that we have booked. So very clean. The place is beautiful with such attention to detail. From the beautiful pictures on the wall, the soft sheets and bedding to the bathroom amenities (soap , shampoo, body wash, cotton calls, q-tips, even dental picks). The kitchen is beautifully stocked.
