“The kitchen had plates, cups, silverware, a microwave, fridge, and stove. There was one shower. The other (master) bedroom had a jetted tub. The toilets are elongated, which is a personal preference. The one was older, do I had to wiggle the handle to make sure it didn't stick running. The staff was very friendly.”

I sent photos to the host, who responded promptly and arranged for cleaners to come the next day. The mosquito problem was severe, with mosquitoes continuously coming from the bathroom, making it difficult to sleep through the night. The……

The place is set up very nicely for 4 ladies to stay, each having our own queen bed and bathroom. It's very close to everything, you are within 10 miles of nearly everything you would what to do in Austin. The pool and hot tub area looked lovely but we did not use it. The apartment was very clean and tidy. ”

“I booked and fully paid for this apartment six weeks in advance. Communication was entirely automated and unhelpful. I was told I would receive check-in instructions 30 minutes before arrival, but never did. While en route, I had to call and wait on hold to get them sent. I arrived around 8 p.m. in the rain to an empty office. The key box code I was given did not work. After more calls, I was told someone had already used my code and taken the keys. Two other guests were there at the same time……
