Also, I wished the beds were more comfortable. They were very firm. Other than that, the views and experience was still a good one.」

「Being our first time to Austin we wanted to find a hotel that allowed us to walk to most of the attractions we wanted to see. The Holiday Inn Express fit this bill. Unfortunately we had to pay $45 per night to park in the hotel parking lot, which is a common theme in Austin and for that money, upon arrival we were informed at check-in that the elevator from the underhround parking garage was out of order and that we would have to walk either up or down to the lobby of the adjoining Indigo Hotel....

「Our biggest beef was with the pet policy. We paid extra for our dog and signed the pet agreement which included a dog bed, dog treats and dog bowl. We never received any of the above nor did they put the sign on the door stated in their own agreement notifying their staff a dog was staying within the room.」
