“When we got there we couldn’t fine parking mind you they charged 45 bucks a day for parking. Then the room where dirty floors needed mopping and kitchen need extra cleaning they was blood on the cabinets. Make materials worse I had a accident broke my toe came from the hospital couldn’t find not one parking then they tired to make me park out side of the road after I paid for parking for inside the complex . They didn’t want to give me a refund for not wanting to stay for the 2 night after……

“Great place to stay. Awesome location, nice entire apartment to yourself. I stay at a lot of Kasa properties - the only problem is the furniture. The bed was nice and comfy, but the sofa bed was not good. The couch and chairs are incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. If you don’t mind that, it’s a perfect stay.”

“( there are multiple units in the building). The good- the air conditioning is A+, there are plenty of fans, and everything is spotless. Like, so clean it seemed brand new. The bad- there is definitely a weird smell, but it’s more new rug from Amazon or temu kind of chemical weird than ‘dirty’. Also, there is a construction project going on across the street; the property owner will message you about it the day before your trip like it’s a surprise, but there is an entire drawer full of earplugs……

“Great location and comfortable beds. Parking was extremely difficult. Reserved a spot through Parkade, and every single time we left someone parked in our spot. Could chose a different spot on the app, but too small for our car.”

“This was such a perfect spot for our evening. Just in town for 1 night for a concert at the Moody. Location was ideal ! Easy to find for both us and our guest and the Uber drivers and Door dash! Would absolutely stay again. ”
