Loved the Bellavista

Great location. Amazing views. Spacious, comfortable apartment. Easy walk into the village along stone pathways--although somewhat strenuous on the way back, worked off the wonderful meals we had.

Enjoyable stay with great view from the appartement

Flat is spacious enough with good size rooms, terrasse is fantastic with great views on the lake. The beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped and practical. Some parts of the flat would deserve some maintenance or refreshing to make it even a superior experience but overall the price/value ratio is satisfying.

Beautiful stay at Lake Como

We were two couples who stayed 5 days at this propery. It was clean and comfortable, and perfect for exploring the area, but just a bit difficult to find. I would book it again if coming to Lake Como. It would be helpful if the directions from the manager included the information that the unit has an assigned parking place, hidden behind a swing up door in the main garage, which is a common area for all units. It's a bit unclear upon arrival.

Lake Como Stay

The property was amazing. The view from our bedroom and the patio area were stunning. We took full advantage of the kitchen 1 evening as it rained all day. we also used the games and puzzles. Made a rainy day a fun day.

Gorgeous Terrace & View

The view from the terrace is spectacular! The rental is beautifully designed and a perfect size for our family of 6. Since we stayed in July, it was quite hot but the fans helped. The management responded with new fans when several were not working. We were unable to reach anyone when the power went out in the evening so it was a very hot night (and the neighbors refused to help with a key to the power box). More instructions upon check-in are needed in case of an emergency like this. We walked everywhere and carried groceries up the hill so a car is recommended as listed. The view was worth it all!

place was nice but thre were dead and live bees inside room, my son is allergic and could have step on them. about 6 bees in house. only 1 key for 2 famolies and other key 30 minute away. small bathtub shower set up. other than that it was clean

Beautiful Views

This apartment worked well for us. There were 4 adults and we were mostly comfortable. Important to note that the upstairs bathroom has VERY low ceilings. It’s a converted attic which requires stooping to shower. Also, the manager could not confirm the size of the beds before our arrival. There are 2 full-size beds and one large queen. We liked the location for views and quiet, but it’s not within walking distance of many amenities. Definitely not suitable for persons with disabilities or who have difficulties walking or climbing stairs. It’s a 3-sorry walkup. We were glad to have a reserved parking spot in a garage, but the instructions were very poor, creating an incident with an angry neighbor. Hopefully, the property manager can provide clearer instructions.

Didn't want to leave!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home in the hills of Tremezzina. The home is cozy and inviting, with a roomy living and dining area. We are a family of five and loved sitting at the large dining table to play games while looking out over Lake Como. The view is stunning — the listing photos are accurate! We only got one morning out on the patio due to misty weather, but on a sunny day we would've been out there for hours. We walked part of the Greenway del Lago di Como that runs right near the property — through a charming village and right down to the water. Great walking/hiking in the area. Beautiful walks and scenery right out the front door! We didn't cook at all so I can't speak to that. But you may need to get some grocery supplies while you're there. There are a couple great markets a 5-minute drive away. We are more used to a shower than a bath, so we took turns in the downstairs bathroom using the shower there, but it was no issue. The upstairs bathroom was roomy. It was the perfect size for our group and could not have been more pleasant. I hope to stay there again someday!

Damaged items and ingrained dirt.

View as shown in advertising photos very good. Shred areas always available on patio. Furnishings dirty and grubby both internally and externally. These appear to have been not cleaned for over a year even with other reviews. Electrical items damaged to toaster, heating dial does not work, fan cover over cooker damaged and I had to remove it due to it potentially falling into food when cooking, mirrow light top bathroom fell to pieces when I adjusted it away from overheating the timber ceiling, outside electrical socket damaged, indoor small electrical fan broken. Tap top bathroom not fixed to tiles correctly. Skirting board top bathroom damaged, top surface peeled away. Lower floor bathroom shower cubicle leaking around silicon sealant due to mastic sealant being damaged causing internal bathroom walls and wall into lounge to show mould and plaster damage. Plaster damage in kitchen behind door to Patio. Not caused by door as handles too low… Insuffient bedroom linen for a two week stay. No matress covers. Only one pair of pillow covers per room. My family all use two pillows per person. Not enough explanation for waste disposal. Not sufficient bags for waste disposal. Not sufficient cleaning materials for the Bathroom including WC’s

Nice apartment but not clean

Big apartment with a perfect location. Unfortunately the cleaning was not good and the pictures are misleading as the kitchen and bathrooms are a bit worn out.

Great location in Lake Como

Beautiful location. The picture by picture description of how to find the apartment was the best I’ve ever seen. Great communication. Terrific layout for two couples. Bottom line, we would book it again.

Nice central location

The view is beautiful and the location is a good jumping off point for visiting popular parts of the lake. We found the key and entry processes antiquated / complex. Be prepared to lug your bags up multiple floors to the apartment, and to sleep without air conditioning.

Mezzegra in October

Beautiful outdoor space, well appointed, with comfortable beds, The coffee croissants wine etc. in the apartment when we arrived were very welcome and lovely. It was nice to be on the Greenway, and the cafeteria and market down the street were great. Perfect location! Only issue was gaining access to the garage & unsuccessful in reaching the property manager to help us figure it out. Would absolutely stay again!!

We had such a lovely time in Como. From the time we booked our accommodation with you the whole service was just amazing. I loved your long email about 3 weeks before we left and it gave us all a lot to think about. We were a party of 6 ages from 17 to 80!! and everyone of us had a fantastic holiday. It was so beautiful and made you just want to sit down switch off and enjoy the moment and of course the view!!! Our house was amazing. BELLAVISTA, MEZZEGRA I cant wait to go back. I have rented a lot of places in my day but this was simply out on its own. It was a beautiful house with a lot to offer. We could not ask for more. Your welcome hamper was such a lovely thing to do. We arrived at 10pm and guess what nowhere was open!! Not to worry we did not starve in fact we eat like lords in just a few mins and enjoyed our bottle along with it!!! The two rooms upstairs gave our family (Teenagers!) a little privacy while my Mam and Dad enjoyed the security of the bedroom/bathroom downstairs. Which meant while they had a few stairs to go up to the apartment it was worth every step for the view and once they were in there was no more steps!!! To wake up to that view every morning just made you feel fantastic. The atmosphere in the house was even lovely because everyone was relaxed and chilled out. Your directions to the house were also excellent. To have pictures and know what we were looking out for was an added bonus. We just took it easy especially for the first week. We did however make it to Foxtown!!! need I say more. Well worth the trip then drove back by lake Lugano. Beautiful. I loved the fact that we were so close in Mezzegra to Switzerland. We also hired a boat for 2 hours. Your guy Fabio really looked after us. I do appreciate it was a Sunday and he arrived well ahead of time and showed us exactly how to operate the boat. We had a ball. I thought the value for money for this experience was excellent. We even packed a picnic and had it on the lake. It was truly amazing and an experience we will never forget. We went to Como for the day and that was lovely. A really lovely town to visit and easy spend the day in. Lots to see and do there. Restaurants: May I point out that we had a newly diagnosed coeliac with us and we were a little concerned about the food situation. No need to worry at all. Italy is amazing and well ahead of a lot of other European countries with information and options for ceoliacs. In Bellagio we must mention “La Fontana” AMAZING their attention to detail was second to none. They welcomed Emer and explained exactly what she could have and what she could not have. They were very aware of the condition and dealt with everything so professionally. The food here was beautiful with a large choice and very reasonably priced. We even went back another night and bought some pizzas to takeaway. Another restaurant in Bellagio we went to and would like to recommend was “Far Out”. Another amazing restaurant. They were also excellent on the ceoliac front and offered lots of choices. Also a restaurant I just have to mention was the Belvedere Hotel in Argegno. We went there on our last night and boy what a finish. We ate over the lake in their conservatory room. Nowhere in the world would you get such a view. We had a beautiful meal and again lots of attention to the ceoliac. The food was amazing and beautifully presented We had drinks before, during and after the meal! and our bill was excellent value for money. Again Harold thank you so much for such a beautiful holiday. We have not stopped singing your praises since we came home and are highly recommending a trip to Como with yourselves to all our family and friends. We will definitely be back. Hopefully sooner rather than later. I am so happy to recommend everything about this holiday. I really look forward to booking again.

Beautiful location

The home was spacious for our group of 4. Good equipped kitchen. I had emailed the concierge when we got there to help with a boat rental. Never heard back from them. Luckily we figured it out on our own.
