They saved us a perfect parking spot right outside and provided excellent recommendations for the area including dining which was very good. Room was clean and spacious and we slept very well. "Our stay was lovely just outside of Bellagio. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with plugs, local information etc and was spotlessly clean. "We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were so generous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Only approx 20min walk from the centre of Locco where there is shopping and train station. On train less than hour to Milan and 20 mins (quick train) to the stunning Verrena. Hotel is peaceful and staff are polite and accommodating. Only criticism, both nights I could hear loud techno music which started around 1.30/2am which must have been from a club nearby"

"This was our 2nd stay at a QC Terme hotel, and we were happy to see the quality maintains throughout the chain. The room was spacious, mini bar for free to use with different San Pellegrino drinks and the hotel is beautiful. "I would definitely visit here again. Only tissue is if you want to go out somewhere nice it is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to lake. We walked a lot but the ladies complained about having to walk that far downhill with nice shoes and difficult if raining. It was very difficult to get transportation for dinner. The hotel did not have a shuttle. "
