"The worst thing about the property is if you are going to be late if you are traveling from far and do not get there before check-in sometime that night, they will cancel the rest of your reservation and charge you for the one night. You will show up and not have a room. I know because that’s exactly what happened to me. Nothing against the staff, hotel manager and front desk or extremely apologetic and helpful but it’s definitely a policy. They should change if room is prepaid. Room was paid, but they did just charge the one night deemed it a no-show and refunded the next day."

Amazing front desk and housekeeping staff, wonderful Mexican restaurant, heated pool and hot tub, game room, fitness center, easy access to walking trail to beach and centrally located within miles to downtown San Clemente! I highly recommend the San Clemente Inn!"

"We had the best stay at this house in San Clemente! My toddler and I stayed here with my friend and her family, and the layout worked out perfectly for us. My toddler and I stayed on the bottom level while their family stayed on the second level. The kitchen and living area were on the third floor, along with two balconies. It gave everyone plenty of space while still feeling connected.The house was very clean and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, plates, and even lots of kid-friendly plates and utensils, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. They even had Native shampoo and conditioner stocked in the bathrooms, which was definitely a bonus in my eyes!The washer and dryer were also great to have, especially after beach days. There was even a hanging system set up in the garage for drying beach items, towels, and swimsuits, which was such a thoughtful touch.The house had convenient parking and garage access. There’s a trolley stop right behind the house, although it wasn’t running during our stay.We accidentally left my son’s favorite stuffed animal behind, and the Evolve team was so kind and helpful in getting it back to us. We truly appreciated the extra effort.We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Location, Location, Location. This is the perfect property for a couple, exploring the beauty and nature of the Southern California coast. The highlights of the condo include the beautiful views from the back deck, the fully stocked amenities, and the quiet nights with the sound of the waves hitting the shore, the park with sea views adjacent to the property. The communication with the host is excellent. We brought our E-bikes which we stored in the undergroung parking, and rarely took out our vehicle to visit downtown shops, restaurants, and views of the pacific ocean sunsets. My personal highlight was seeing the very large and beautiful eagle from the back deck. This creature was quite majestic. It was perched about 25 yards from the deck in the nature preserve area. I was allowed about 10 minutes to view before it took flight, and managed enough time to get inside the house and grab one of the two binoculars within reach. I knew then why the binoculars were provided by the host:-) Great stay."

"Parking in front of motel door. There was lots of freeway noise during the night. I probably noticed because I'm a light sleeper. Everything else was great. Clean room and comfortable bed."
