The hot tub was clean and hot, the grill was clean, there were plenty of clean towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, and everything we needed (even for Thanksgiving!) was ready for us in the kitchen. 「Great location with easy access to main roads. Beautiful view of the river off the balcony. Great outdoor seating for dining and large grass space great for kids to run around and play. This house easily accommodated our large group for meals. Highly recommend! 「 I liked most being close to but not in all the big shopping, dinning and entertainment of Richland. The house is just off the highway, but you don't hear or see it from there. The interior is nicely decorated, and every thing is like new. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus, after being on the road, it is nice to be able to freshen up. The one or two things I would suggest would be, a bigger grab bar in the shower. And local channels on the TV. They might have been there, but...
