She and cleaners was able to use 2nd adjacent home to help us cobble together a lovely 2 day visit perfect for us and our pup. Quiet location, clean comfortable home with all the expected amenities at fair price. So thankful Tori ”

He was very cordial too.The place was very clean and homey.It was nice of him to have the little packs that contained a toothbrush, tooth paste, and a comb. “Remarkably clean, beautiful house with the perfect setup for all ages in my family. My 4-year old nephew loved playing on the trampoline, my 16-year old son and his buddy loved the foosball table and punching bags, the dog was thrilled with a fully fenced yard and we all enjoyed the hot tub, the fire, and the BBQ. We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely stay here again!”

“Three nights in Kennewick with a variety of family members and we found the Goldmine to be the perfect size and location for everyone. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Beds are very comfortable. Spacious kitchen is as pictured. They took out the office and added a pool table. We fit 10 around the dining room table. The back yard is under construction, but the patio area is spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking in quiet neighborhood. I would stay……

“Our family had a great time at this property! It is perfect for larger families: plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space. It is also well equipped with kitchen supplies to cook and enjoy meals together. The house and grounds are well taken care of, and the interior design is aesthetically pleasing. The home is in a nice new neighborhood. Our family had a great stay and believe you would too!”

“We had a quick weekend trip to Tri-Cities. This place was great. No complaints. It was nice and clean and the beds were good. We had been there before and stayed in a hotel. Staying at the VRBO was better because my brother came down from Montana and were able to sit around and have coffee in the morning. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Cozy House. The house was well stocked with supplies for our visit. This place has a “fresh” feeling, much better than the well-worn reality of other VRBOs we’ve seen. The appliances appear nearly new and function as they should. We had 100 degree days during our stay, the air conditioning kept us comfortable in the living area and bedroom. Nice to have a secure fenced yard to walk our dog.The photos accurately represent this property. Our communications with Tori……

“This little home was our day 2 after staying at adjacent house night before. Tori and cleaners bent over backwards to adjust check in/out with homes and have Molly’s ready to go so we weren’t displaced between stays. The home itself is terrific with a wonderful backyard and beautiful landscaping. Nicest home in the neighborhood for sure. So glad we worked with Tori and her team. Thanks! ”
