"Stayed in the Deluxe Villa, Lanai in April 2023 and paid $577 US for one night. This was their premium suite. The space was impressive at nearly 2,000 sq ft. Had an old-world feel. The view from the outdoor pool area was magnificent. But anyplace with a balcony that high up would have magnificent views. So no points there really. While impressed with the size of the space, I was very disappointed with simple comforts you would expect for paying nearly $600 for one night and quite upset...

However, the driver did not send us to the hotel, but a 20 minutes walk away instead. We found out from Terry that this is not the norm. Do be...

"The staff was great and very nice and kind to us! The room itself had everything we needed but it is an old building where sounds in other rooms can easily be heard and the plumbing seems like it needs updating. That being said I quite enjoyed my stay especially for the price!"
