“Clean, large rooms with a great view.”

“Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel offers a beautiful view over the bay and has a great boutique feel, with the hotel, restaurant, and bar all seamlessly integrated in one place. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The main downside was the room, which did not quite match our expectations. While it was very spacious, it featured a mezzanine floor with steep steps that felt unsafe for our baby—something that wasn’t apparent from……

“The beach at French Man Cove us beautiful, and can visited by purchasing a pass for the day. I'd highly recommend this rather than staying at the hotel. The hotel is old, dilapidated in places and very dark at night. The kettle in the room produced very dirty water on first use, so was not used again. The AC unit outside is noisy, and leaks water onto the balcony. There is wooden block stick provided to secure the balcony door, as I assume locks don't work. The beds within the rooms are……

“Great Huts is now my favorite place to stay in my favorite parish, Portland. It was the most unique experience. A lot of thought placed in blending the manmade with the natural. Views from the cliffs are a feast for the eyes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special recognition to Chef Sammy!”

“The view from the property overlooking the sea was beautiful and phenomenal. The room space was sufficient and clean. What I didn’t like was the fact that to get there, the drive up to the house was very steep and if you don’t know how to handle the drive, it’s problematic. The second thing I didn’t like was that while the property boasted about having a pool, it was only when me and my family arrived we were informed that the pool wasn’t working due to not filtering properly. “The Sea Cliff hotel is situated in a nice spot in Portmore. The scenery was stunning; however, what let the hotel/resort down was that the room had only cold water, and all three rooms I booked had cold water. The restaurant was pricy and the food wasn’t great. The pool wasn’t cleaned covered in dead leaves etc. The receptionist was accommodating allow a fridge to be placed in one room, allowing us to keep our drinks cool. However, I don't think I would recommend staying here; maybe have drinks,……
