"Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Only downside was that there were no pots, pans etc. supplied with the kitchenette… this meant we couldn’t use it as planned and would have probably booked a cheaper room elsewhere without these features if we had known. There were some snacks drinks etc. in the room but they were quite expensive so didn’t use these. There is a Cole’s around the corner. Shame the hotel felt the need to charge crazy prices for what would have been a nice treat. Overall would stay again as the room was a good size, clean etc. just missing the final touches as mentioned. Parking was full when we arrived as pub guests also park on the property, after dinner service it cleared out a bit and we were able to get a space. Expect to park on the street to avoid disappointment. "

"Value for money is an understatement. This property accommodated us, our 2 adult kids and 2 dogs. It was luxurious, comfortable, clean and we appreciated our pets being allowed to stay in such luxury. Great set up and we will miss our morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony watching the wildlife in the Tweed River"

"We had a lovely stay at Crystal Creek Cottages. Being a rainy weekend, meant it was super cosy. Was wonderful having the animals close by and my wife loved the mini ponies! Many thanks for a great stay."

"The kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - just not long enough. Ken was fantastic, making sure everything was ok.A great house that felt like home during our stay. Nice size bedrooms with room for many - great for groups.The kitchen was good - to the point we cooked a lot of our own meals, and with the cafe' so close I had some good coffee first thing in the morning!Just a very relaxing break, catching up with old friends, showing the kids around my old stomping ground and enjoying the Northern Rivers lifestyle in general.Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy our break in style. "Accommodation was clean, tidy and spacious. Only downside was that the pool was not really clean. Low water level and hair clumps of hair and gunk in it which wasn't great, but other than that and overall really good place and well presented. "
