Featuring 3 queen-size beds, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals. Inviting Living & Dining Areas - A cozy place to gather. Enjoy the wrap-around deck, saltwater hot tub, and sauna for ultimate relaxation. This space is perfect for family getaways, romantic escapes, or a peaceful wellness weekend.

Your hosts, Brian and Jennifer are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you need anything during your visit, you can reach out anytime through the Airbnb app or by phone/text. Brian and Jennifer are happy to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or help with anything that makes your stay more comfortable.

We also own a farm just a couple of minutes from the Cozy Farmhouse. We have cattle, sheep, chickens, and our sweet dog Wendell. We will provide you with our pasture-raised farm-fresh eggs to enjoy during your stay.
For your convenience, we have provided a list of local hikes, restaurants, and activities in the area.

The property was pristine! The hot tub and sauna were very enjoyable and relaxing. Loved the view from the house! Can even see the Roanoke star with binoculars from the porch! Great communication from hosts. Highly recommend this place!
