I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. When I asked for a dining recommendation, a small diner next door was suggested and they offered hotel guests a discount. It was a great suggestion!
