“Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were made to feel right at home. Mark and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well cared for and the rooms are comfortable. The common areas are charming and spacious. The restaurant offers great food with generous portions and a nice offering of local and other wines.
Mark provided great suggestions for things to do. The ride up the aerial cablecar to Brienzer Rothorn was a highlight, offering exceptional views of……

This hotel offers exceptional value for money! I had a great stay—the environment was excellent, and the service was truly top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. My clothes weren’t dry after washing, and they kindly dried them for me for free, folded them neatly, and delivered them to me. Five stars and the highest praise for this hotel!”

“Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful.
Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.”
