The staff were super friendly and caring. The cruise, even of 5 years old as the cruise member said, it was nicely maintained. Value for money.

Lovely atmosphere

Great value hotel, 8 minutes walk from the pier to ha long bay and 3 minutes from the pier to cat ba island. Very good Vietnamese restaurant with excellent food and service, the best food we had in Hanoi/ ha long bay. Staff is attentive and helpful. Rooms are decent.
