“Comfortable, friendly and relaxing stay with plenty to do!
My stay at Alaya Tulum was amazing, from the moment I booked my stay I was contacted via WhatsApp by the service desk to confirm transportation to the hotel and to answer any questions I may have. Upon arrival me and my girlfriend got a couple complimentary drinks and even a welcome bottle of sparkling wine in our room.
The property has a nice natural setting and full of palms, trees and climbing vines amongst the rooms. There are……

“It was a beautiful condo, super clean. We just freak out when we arrived because we thought the AC didn’t work. It was complicated to get there and find the entrance but Laurie helped us a lot, step by step and she was very nice, always responded my texts thru WhatsApp, we appreciate the service! ”
