「Property was once way more extensive but lots was closed down and the beach was covered with seaweed and the smell was there」

I stayed in a first level room with the swim up pool, which was wonderful. I was in a preferred room which included room service and had a concierge on site. The resort itself is beautiful, about 1.5 hours away from Cancun airport. I personally did not love the food for dinner at the restaurants, which I kind of expected from an all-inclusive.
