“Our concierge Alfred was so helpful to us he helped us plan our dinners and helped us book a tour. Our waiter Dagoberto was the sweetest! He always greeted us with a smile every time we went for breakfast. Also Grean, Nairobi, Vicente, and Itzel the concierge team were amazing, they were the sweatiest treated us like family. They helped us with our reservations and were always so happy to greet us and help us. Also at the spa Carla gave us an a lovely experience with our hydrotherapy session!……

“Staff and entertainment personnel were really good. Food was average at best, beach area was below average. Mattress was hard, several plugs did not work. Been to much better properties in the past. Overall experience was just average.”

“This is my second time going to Bahía, I really enjoyed the resort. Perfect time I went. Not to busy and very relaxing. The room service is on top. And the people were very friendly.”

“This is not all inclusive resort I came to this resort for a very special occasion. I’m getting married so this was my bachelorette party not once. Did I receive an email regarding that more than 75% of the amenities at the resort will be closed. There is constant construction going on causing hazardous around the resort I even cut my toe in one of their pools their room service was not quality at all. We were waiting more than two hours for a single meal along with getting overcharged for……

“Great stay and great hotel staff.”

“Great place, great experience!”

“We absolutely loved our stay! We did not use the rooftop so I think next time we will get a ground level suite. Everything was just so lovely and relaxing. The food was good, the pools were perfect, the atmosphere was amazing, and one of our favorite shows was the women’s Mariachi band.”

“晚上的餐厅不容易订位置，太少位置了。”

“完全不一样的体验”

“I love that you can avail of all the four resorts- Tequila, Akumal, Tulum and Coba. The staff in Frutos del Mar were able to provide the cakes as per our request. With the staff help, we were able to pull off the birthday surprise we’ve planned. And they were gracious enough to deliver the remaining cake to our room complete with a very nice table setting. All the staff of the 4 resorts were excellent in their service. We really had a great time.”

“Good”

“Place was nice but could’ve been kept better. I got probably over 30 mosquito bites because there was a gap in in the window that couldn’t be covered. The water and electric went out middle of the night before check out, and I found out because my cpap turned off and I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. It was raining hard so in order to get to the front desk from my room I had to walk through ankle height water. It could’ve been easily fixed if they put a drain or something.……
