Loved this place! Totally walkable to major shopping centers plus all local amenities. Perfectly situated so you can bike or scooter to the beaches and ruins. 10/10 would stay here again!

Tulum triumph

The apartment had two comfortably large rooms: a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen with living room. It was modern and clean, and is located only a short distance from the center of Tulum. It’s a quiet area. The refrigerator is large, two-burner stove, plenty of pots and cookware. Big shower. Netflix is connected. We truly enjoyed our stay. Only wish there was a pool

Really clean place and good air conditioning

I love it, was like a little apartment it was clean but the hand towel in the bathroom was really hard, we arrived at 2:40 pm and knock nobody answer then we called and they said the check in is at 3:30 pm, the information in the website says it's at 3:00pm. A tip for you, the ring bell is really high on the wall, however we really enjoyed our time there, I recommend it 😃

La atención de Don Gregorio excelente. Esta muy bien ubicado y no hay ruidos en la noche. Puedes descansar. Le falta un destapador y un saca corchos. 😀

This hotel was in a great location about 4 blocks from the nightlife center and 2 blocks from road that takes you to the beach road. The music from the nightclubs didn't keep us up. The hotel is one block from a bike and scooter rental place and two blocks from a street food vendor corner as well as a convenience store for water and lavanderia. The A/C worked well, the water pressure was great, the host Gregorio was easy to reach and very helpful, and the TV was a nice creature comfort when we were too drained to go out. Would definitely stay here again

GREAT

This is such a nice place in Tulum! Perfect location close to the city center (restaurants, bars, shops), and close to the bike lane going to the beaches (both public and hotel zone, 20 min by bike). Friendly staff and very clean (extra cleaning upon request). Nice little terrace where you can enjoy a homemade dinner or your breakfast. Pentry/kitchen with the amenities you need for a simpler meal (we only made breakfast, but dinner /lunch would work too). Big comfy bed and nice bathroom. Not too noisy at night. Great value! We really loved this place and would def recommend it to others. Next time we go to Tulum, we will go back. Muchas gracias!

Good Value Overall

The overall value of this apartment hotel is pretty good. There were some things that were lacking, like beach towels, change of towels each day, no hot water during one evening, and a reception area. You should also note that there is a school of some sort directly behind the hotel so weekday mornings are quite noisy. That said, it's a pretty good location, nice new rooms, comfortable beds, and good Wi-Fi (30MBPS). If you are just needing a nice place to crash each night that's close to the center, this is a good option.

It is a modern, very spacious apartment close to restaurants and bars, but still relatively quiet. We arrived earlier due to time zone difference but the owner was willing to change his planes to give us access and also arranged speedy cleaning. Since the apartment is new we believe that top up of kitchen equipment and utensils will happen in time.
