「Staff were wonderful through my week stay. Room was clean and tidy. Food was really good too. Restaurant service was also wonderful. It’s a very small and quaint place so I didn’t really see any people this week. The only suggestion I have is around pool area and water maintenance of the pools as it is the only water you can dip into on the property. We both had a blast going to the tulum ruins and having a light breakfast everyday by the ocean. Staff was super nice and accommodating. 「Fantastische locatie, heerlijke en unieke plek. De kamers/hutjes zijn erg leuk en bijzonder. Wel is de kwaliteit niet altijd perfect en verwacht geen luxe hotelkamer, het is meer een hele luxe camping in dat opzicht. Maar het past daarentegen wel bij de ongedwongen sfeer van het hotel en de omgeving. Toch zou het fijn zijn als je iets meer preventief onderhoud wordt gepleegd aan bijv het onderhoud van de douche, veel kalkaanslag en lage waterdruk. Maar ook het dompelbad van de kamer zaten...

「the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.」
