「We went to the port on a Tuesday afternoon and it was easy to find the staff. They also communicate by WhatsApp. The boat rides went fine.
The staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful.
If you want a second cup of coffee during the breakfast, you'll have to flag the staff down.
