“We had three couples- watch your head in the loft! Overall we had a wonderful, fun filled trip. The location was perfect with an easy walk to The Shore Club restaurants and H2O beach bar. We walked the beach, kayaked, hung at the pool and enjoyed the fire pit, all steps from the house. Took a short drive to Grace Bay beach, Thursday Fish Fry, The Cave Bar, a couple of other restaurants and went on a group boat tour which was a blast! “We had a girls trip for a long weekend and the stay was excellent. Amenities were in very good condition and so wonderful to have a beach to.ourselves! We kayaked every morning. We rented a jeep to drive to restaurants, super market, etc. All very accessible. Wonderful stay! Although definitely bring bug spray!”

“My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and……

“Hosts Clayton and Heather and their housekeeper Keisha were all very nice and welcoming! The Charming Cottage has had a recent renovation and clearly the kitchen, bathroom, sliders, furnishings, appliances, exterior etc. all seem brand new. While the beach and downtown are close and technically walkable, I found prior reviews overstated the proximity and feel as though renting a car during your stay would enhance your stay. ”
