I am extremely disappointed with my stay and I definitely feel a refund is appropriate.
We paid full price, but the hot tub was not available, which was one of the main amenities we expected to use. There was no proper price adjustment, no meaningful solution, and no real accountability for charging full price when advertised amenities were not available.
On top of that, the room lights were flickering, which made the room feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable. There was……

“We have stayed in one of these units before and we were drawn back due to the low price and location! It is only a few blocks from the promenade. The room was immaculate! Super comfy bed, plenty of clean towels, a little fireplace that comes on when the thermostat is set to heat, everything you would need in the little kitchenette including a Keurig. Highly recommend renting from any of these units! ”

“We have stayed at Adrift a sister property in Long Beach and had some high expectations for Ashore and they blew it out of the water! We were lucky enough to get a room in the first floor and we loved being able to park right outside our room it made unloading our bags a breeze.
