“I do not recommend this resort. Thay indicated free shuttle service, they surprised us with 30USD in taxi fare. Our air conditioning went out one night and the staff seemed very upset that we bothered them to fix it. I tipped for the inconvience and was laughed at. We were moved rooms because they could not fix the AC.The room we were moved into was the same as ours but had coffee, a mini fridge, and a microwave. Our room had none of these features and no hair dryer. I asked to say in the better……

“Great staff, great food. The beach is beautiful and very peaceful and private. The bungalow rooms have small kitchenettes and very comfortable beds. Very quiet to sleep at night. Great reef to snorkel right off of the dock at this property. Included breakfast was excellent every day. Their restaurant also serves great lunches and dinners till 8pm. Free WiFi is available on the entire premises. Recommend renting a car because nothing is in walking distance from this property. There is no pool……

“Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet).……

“Extremely confusing to check in. This is a short term rental, so it does not have any reception area. No filtered water was provided and there was nowhere in walking distance to buy any water. No soaps in the condo. There was zero communication from the owner. If the cleaning lady didn’t help us out, not sure we would’ve found the place. There was zero communication from the owner ”

“This hotel needs to be upgraded ( kitchen and bathroom sinks, kitchenette very rudimentary..) No privacy on the balcony, especially if your neighbours smokes) and it is not sound proof! The beach is very tiny, water not clear, in the middle of boats. There was a lot of sargasses seagrass. Beach chairs were available. Parking was available. Well located for restaurants and shopping. The staff were very nice!”
