"Perfect hotel, very difficult to get in and out of the hotel room, jumping from lifts to lifts. It gets tiring after few days. But the amenities and service is outstanding from the hotel. Big hotel means big numbers of guests. "

"The room was small. Crowded. Linens not changed. Refrigerator is non existent; only a small,less than a shoe box which did not even cool. Would not recommend the place unless person wants to go to market everyday."

"This is a terrible hotel with bad service. There was a pump going off all night in the room which I told the service staff to fix but they did nothing. oh by the way....the hotel faces a cemetary. Creepy as hell. Don't stay here. Staff are also extremely unhelpful and not very friendly."

"This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I would absolutely love to come back the next time I visit Hong Kong! The location is fantastic, making it super easy to explore everywhere; the subway, bus, mini bus, and taxi services are just outside the hotel. There’s free Wi-Fi, a cozy little exercise room, and a laundromat available for a fee. Plus, there are many delightful restaurants and shops in the neighborhood! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfy. A big shoutout to the amazing staff; they are knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Mr. Cheng and Miss Cheng for their incredible assistance in locating my lost luggage and helping me with everything I needed! That said, there are a couple of areas that could use a little improvement. It would be great to have a shelf in the toilet stall and shower stall so we don't have to be without clothes before and after using the shower. Also, adding more amenities like a café, a green area, a reading room, and a computer room would be wonderful, creating a nice space for people to relax outside their rooms. Overall, I had a wonderful stay!"
