"Convenient location close to the train, making it fairly easy to get around Hong Kong. We primarily chose this place for its proximity to family, but it was also handy having food options nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the shower facilities were generally clean, although there was some mold buildup around the shower corners and door. There is also some nearby construction, but the noise was generally limited to reasonable hours. Overall, not a bad place to stay for convenient access to transit and local food options!"

"This was my fourth stay at the Harbour Grand Hotel Hong Kong, which says a lot about how much I enjoy staying here. The location is excellent, with plenty of local restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Transport is also very convenient, with the MTR station, trams and buses all within easy reach, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. The harbour view is absolutely breathtaking and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming, which makes every stay more enjoyable. However, the hotel’s decor is looking rather tired and is overdue for renovation. The TV facilities were particularly disappointing, with very few channels available and technology that feels outdated compared with other hotels. A modern smart TV with streaming services would make a big difference to the guest experience. Despite these areas for improvement, I continue to return because of the fantastic location, stunning harbour views and excellent staff. I have enjoyed my stays here and look forward to coming back again next year. I hope to see some much-needed improvements to the rooms and facilities by then!"

"We arrived earlier from Canada after a long-haul flight. The check-in staff were very friendly and try her best to accommodate our early check-in. After two hours, she was able to arrange a nice room with a better view for me. Very considerate and extended the hotel's excellent hospitality to us. We will return and stay at this hotel."
