"It is an excellent hotel. Very convenient- 4 minutes walk to bus stop and 8 minutes to MTR. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a small birthday cake and a tote bag for present, unexpectedly. The gym and the swimming pool are very well maintained. The room is very big with a very beautiful sea view - facing the Aberdeen Marina Club!"

"I liked the common area with complimentary tea and coffee. It would have been nice to have a small snack also provided along side the beverages. The pool was large but unfortunately closed from 1 pm to 2 pm daily. Monday afternoons have a more extended closure. My reason for booking The Nina was to use the pool so these timings were disappointing. Late opening at 10 am prevented me from maximizing my swim time. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were well serviced by the housekeeping staff. Jack at Check In was extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! I want to give a special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly explain the hotel layout and dining schedules. Seeing that we were traveling with a toddler, she proactively arranged for bed rails and children's toiletries to be sent to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The luggage department was also fantastic—storing our bags was incredibly fast, convenient, and efficient. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the pedestrian bridge that connects directly to Ocean Park. It made going back and forth to the park effortless, which is an absolute lifesaver when you need to bring a little one back for a midday nap. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, especially for parents traveling with toddlers. Highly recommended!"
